Situated at the foot of the Ochil Hills with a commanding outlook over the Forth Valley, Muckhart offers challenging golf tempered with some spectacular scenery. The club was founded over 90 years ago with the construction of the original nine holes. The course was upgraded to 18 holes in 1971 and a further nine holes have now been added to allow golfers of all levels a unique and memorable experience.
Each hole requires a different approach to be tamed and demands tactical awareness and a skilful touch with all the clubs in the bag. However, all this shouldn't detract from one of Muckhart's main features - the stunning vistas as viewed from the courses many vantage points.
